The CSA product is a complete extensible solution for all medium and small scale service organizations. The tool provides an integrated solution to all the present world necessities under one umbrella. The goal is to provide technologies that meet our clients ever changing preferences and needs. Because of the rapid growth in the service industry sector, there is a vast demand for an inimitable product like CSA. There was an extensive market study and analysis made on this tool. The uniqueness of the tool is that it will integrate with applications of the customer and easily adapt connectivity with the widely used 3rd party applications in the service industry.

CSA will enable our customers to access and work with their clients/customers and service request related information stored in disparate content management systems directly from within our application. The information can emerge from numerous data sources and applications.

 The CSA system combines on demand service requests with Email, CRM, Accounting, and Business Intelligence. The relational database used links all of the information into one system, by eliminating redundant data like any expensive ERP systems widely available in the market.
